How to Clean a BBQ Grill,by a High Pressure washer?

Clean a BBQ Grill,by a High Pressure washer
Summer is coming. The warm sun, the cold drinks and the smell of cooking burgers and hotdogs wafting from the grill.

But after a long summer of fun and cookouts, your grill has gone through quite a bit.

All the delicious grease and fat that was cooked off the meat has now made its home inside your grill.

Don't worry though, cleaning your grill is a breeze with a high pressure washer.

There are only two things you really need to know beforehand:

1. Get a Good Degreaser
Unfortunately, most of the delicious meats we gorge on all summer long have some fat. And if you've ever washed dishes you know how impossible it can be to remove with just water.

So get a quality degreaser and make short work of the caked on grease inside your grill. Just apply it to the grill first. Let it work in for a couple minutes and then spray clean with regular water.

2. Disconnect Propane, Gas & Electricity
We all know electricity and water just don't mix. So if your grill has an electric starter, make sure you unplug it before your soak your grill with water.

Similarly, if you have a propane grill, disconnect the tank and move the connection hose out of the way.

If your grill is attached to your home's natural gas line, disconnect this before cleaning.

So,finally soon, your grill will look like new in no time.

What kind of High Pressure Washer best for Paint Removal?

High Pressure Washers best for Paint Removal

High pressure washer, also called Power washer, are effective tools for cleaning the outside of a house. They also work well to remove flaking and peeling paint from wooden siding before you repaint. However, it's important to get the right size machine for the job. A DIY high pressure washer that provides too little pressure won't remove all the paint. One that sprays with too much power will take off the paint, and also damage the wood underneath.

Minimum Size
Use High pressure washers from 1,200 psi to around 2,000 psi to clean surfaces before painting but don't expect them to remove much paint. Stronger machines, starting at about 2,500 psi, work better to take off flaking or peeling paint. For more stubborn jobs, consider a 3,000 psi pressure washer, which can exert the force needed to break paint off the surface of the wood.

Process
Start by covering all outdoor lighting and electrical fixtures with plastic bags, closing the doors and windows and covering landscaping plants and lawn. Wear goggles and protective clothing to prevent damage from pressurized spray. Hold the nozzle between four and 12 inches from the painted surface, at about a 45 degree angle, to remove paint from wood. Avoid spraying under the laps of siding, or into vents, since this can cause moisture problems later.

Warning
According to Sutherlands paint company, very high powered pressure washers can damage wood or other paint substrate. Avoid using a pressure washer over 3,000 psi. Instead, work slowly and carefully to remove all flaking paint. Paint that won't come off from 3,000 psi or less can be hand scraped or simply painted over, as it is unlikely to peel.

Considerations
Using a High pressure washer makes things easier, but it won't keep you from having to hand scrape some parts of the house. Water blasting removes most of the peeling or blistered paint, but also tends to make the edges of remaining paint areas curl up. Allow the siding to dry, then use a scraper on these areas before painting to ensure a flat surface.

Choosing the Right Car Wash For Your Vehicle Can Make A Difference

Car wash
Washing a car manually consumes too much time in the course of a day, even if you choose to do it on the weekend. The best thing for busy professionals is a trip to a drive through car wash. In this way, the car gets cleaned in a fast and effective manner. Go Eco Express can provide fast and efficient service to those who are on the go. You will get your car washed in a way that will ensure that it comes clean, shiny, and sparkling.

Many people believe that the manual washing of a car is the way to get the best clean. This is not necessarily the case. The thing that is most important is the quality of the car wash or car washer. Even if you go with a manual wash, there is no guarantee that you will get the results you expect. Not every person who takes it upon himself to wash a car knows what he is doing. He may put in a tremendous amount of effort but still not get you the shine and finish that you expect once the job is done.

Doing it yourself may also run you into troubles. Having to purchase all of the materials required to clean the car properly may cause you more trouble than it is worth. The tools and products may be simple and inexpensive enough, but you may not be sure that you have all that is required; and this can lead you to making more trips to the store than necessary.

The best option is to take your car through an automatic wash. However, the same goes for automatic car washes that went for manual washing men. They are not all the same. It is therefore vital that you find one that delivers excellent quality and world class customer service. An automatic washing service that keeps good hours, offers good rates, and is oriented toward obtaining and keeping your business is the one that is most likely to meet your needs and expectations. You should also take your car only through that car wash that offers great value. You should not have to pay exorbitant fees to get your car washed. Only the ones that offer competitive prices and consistently provide excellent deals and packages are worth dealing with. And you should ensure that they have a well-established record and reputation for safety. The last thing you want is to find that your car was scratched or otherwise damages while you were taking it through.

Fortunately, it is not that hard to find a car wash or high pressure washer that meet the criteria described above. The best place to begin your search is the worldwide web. Using the web will enable you to effectively and efficiently scan for automatic car washes near your home. It will allow you to bring the sites of various washes to your computer screen, where you will be able to evaluate each one for quality, value, and service; and make an informed decision about where to take your car.

Can You Use a High Pressure Washer On Vinyl Siding?

Vinyl siding is one of the easiest types of siding to maintain and clean. Attractive, long-lasting vinyl siding can be achieved by keeping it clean. One of the fastest ways to clean vinyl is to use a high pressure washer, which is an appropriate and acceptable way of cleaning vinyl. Learn more about pressure washing to ensure that you do it properly and take the right safety precautions. Have a question? Get an answer from a cleaning expert now!

Using a High Pressure Washer
Properly using the pressure washer on the vinyl siding will create better results and will ensure that the vinyl looks better and lasts longer. Always spray the pressurized water so that the water jet is hitting the siding at a 90 degree angle. This will prevent you from pushing the water behind the siding. Always stand at least 3 feet from the siding and never spray closer than 1 foot otherwise you might crack and weaken the siding. Work from the bottom of the siding to the top to make sure that the entire wall of siding dries at the same time. This will ensure that you don't get water streaks.

Purchase vs. Rent Vinyl Siding
The decision whether to purchase or rent a high pressure washer will depend on your needs and circumstance. Purchase a pressure washer if you have a large house with a lot of vinyl siding that you want to clean regularly, but keep in mind that you can also use pressure washers to clean concrete floors and walls. Rent a pressure washer if you are cleaning a small area of vinyl siding or if you find that you don't have a lot of use for one. Contact your local hardware or home improvement store to rent or buy a pressure washer.

Choosing a High Pressure Washer
Choosing the right High pressure washer will produce the best cleaning results for the vinyl siding. Pressure washers that have adjustable pressure are more versatile. They allow you to use lower pressure for cleaning normal dirt and buildup and more pressure for removing tough stains like sap or bird droppings. For vinyl, you will not need to use more than 3000 psi to remove even tough stains. Choose a pressure washer that will allow you to dissolve cleaning solution in the water tank without clogging. This versatility will allow you to add bleach to the solution to remove mold or mildew.

Safety
If used improperly, high pressure washers can cause serious injury. Prevent this by always wearing gloves and goggles when the machine is on. This will prevent accidental injury from water pressure directed at your face or hands. Additionally, keep children and pets away from the area while working. Never pressure wash vinyl siding that might have lead paint on it.

How a Pressure Washer Pump Works

How a Pressure Washer Pump Works
Crankcase
A typical High pressure washer pump works by changing the rotating motion of a crankshaft into a back-and-forth motion of a piston or plunger device inside a cylinder. This type of pump is called a reciprocating positive displacement pump. The whole system works much like a car engine. Most DIY pressure washer pumps have either two cylinders (duplex) or three (triplex).

The two main elements of a High pressure cleaner pump are the crankcase and the manifold. The crankcase connects to the power source. The crankshaft's cams rotate and move connecting rods forward and backward, a motion often termed "reciprocal." Attached to the connecting rods are plunger guides that run from the crankcase into the manifold cylinders.

Manifold
Water exiting a High pressure washer runs through the manifold. Plungers or pistons, which rest tightly inside the cylinders, connect to the plunger guides with retaining bolts. The manifold also contains inlet and discharge valves, which enable the pump to maintain a continuous flow of water. The water travels only one way through the valves---in through the inlet valve and out through the discharge valve.

Valves control flow
As the crankcase rotates, the plunger or piston is drawn up in what's called a backward stroke. At this point, an inlet valve opens and allows water to enter the manifold. This happens because, as the plunger or piston is brought up, the volume in the chamber increases, lowering the pressure inside the chamber and triggering the valve to open.
The pump&motor--core part

The inlet valve then closes, and the plunger or piston begins its downward thrust. This forces the discharge valve to open, releasing the water through the hose and nozzle.
