Leave automatic dishwasher detergent on the concrete for a few minutes. The next you have to do is to pour boiling water on the stain and scrub it with a push broom and rinse.

If non of the above helps you to remove the oil stain from the concrete, then try a commercial cleaner or even a grease solvent such as Benzine. Be careful when using it and read the instructions before applying.

As a last try, spread muriatic acid and use pressure washer. Again be really careful when you decide using such acid, or acid at all. After applying, let it soak for several seconds. Don't forget to get equipped with rubber or latex gloves, safety goggles and protective clothing before start using the acid and keep in mind to never wash such a product down storm drains.
